Further to the announcement of 8 April 2019, the board of directors of Bould (the "Board") are pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name from Photonstar LED Group plc to Bould Opportunities plc and the TIDM is now BOU.

The change of name of the Company does not reflect a change in the rights of the shareholders of the Company.
