It has been brought to Gazprom's attention that Naftogaz of Ukraine is taking action in Switzerland in an attempt to enforce the arbitration ruling on the transit contract made by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on February 28, 2018.

However, as Gazprom has not yet received an official notification of this procedure, detailed comments may only be provided upon a close review of the corresponding documents as soon as such documents are officially received by the Company.

Gazprom will defend its rights in accordance with the applicable legislation.
