As previously reported, Linda Lorimer, Non-Executive Director and Chair of Pearson's Reputation & Responsibility Committee, will retire from the Pearson Board at the conclusion of the 2023 Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2023.
The Company hereby announces that, upon Ms Lorimer's retirement, Annette Thomas (Non-Executive Director) will be appointed as Chair of the Reputation & Responsibility Committee.
