Clarificatory Announcement
London, 22 December 2014 - Further to the announcement made on 4th November 2014, Touchstone, the AIM listed investment company, provides a clarificatory announcement regarding its investee company, Smart Desk Systems Limited ("Smartdesk").
The Board of Touchstone would like to confirm that the Company's recent acquisition of the businesses, assets and intellectual property of GOS Systems ("GOS") included 99.994% of the share capital of Smart Desk Systems Limited. Smartdesk is a UK-based company providing a communications platform with a secure, flexible, scalable and auditable messaging toolkit.

· Smartdesk is a voice application software business that offers innovative communication solutions that introduce new efficiencies to call centres and seeks to enhance customer experience, improve customer loyalty and optimise the use of internal resources. · Smartdesk business applications are based around the SmartInform communication platform, a web-hosted engine that supports various modules for specific businesses. · Smartdesk presently provides its services to customers including Eurostar, Virgin Media and Network Rail.
