Final Dividend of 3p

This is to confirm that the Final Dividend for 2011 is payable in cash on 6 August 2012 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 6 July 2012.

The dates above are reported within the printed Annual Report and Accounts and the RNS announcement which was made on 30 April 2012, with the exception of the Chairman's Statement in the RNS announcement, where a different date is incorrectly reported.
