Sabien Technology Group PLC08 January 2008 Sabien Technology Group plc ("Sabien") Changes to Directors' Details Sabien announces the following changes to directors' details required under Rule17 for AIM companies. In January 2007, Keyworld Investments Plc, a company of which Gus Orchard was adirector, was placed into liquidation. There was a creditor shortfall ofapproximately £200,000. In October 2004, Harrogate Management Center Limited, a company of which KarlMonaghan was a director, was placed into administration and was subsequentlydissolved. There was a creditor shortfall of approximately £3.2 million.
