Change to Chairmanship of the Audit Committee

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that with effect from 1 April 2020 Sir Christopher Codrington, Bt. has replaced Martin Cocker as chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr Cocker remains a member of the Committee.

There are no matters which require additional disclosure under LR 9.6.13R.
