Stobart advises that, following an office relocation by the Group's Company Secretary, with effect from 16 July 2012, the registered office of the Company has been changed to Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey, GY4 6RT.
The head office of the Company remains as Stobart Group, Stretton Green Distribution Park, Langford Way, Appleton Thorn, Warrington WA4 4TZ.
