Dear all,
Government of Georgia became a 100% shareholder of JSC Georgian Railway (GR).
Up until 2012, GR was wholly owned by the JSC Partnership Fund. It should be highlighted that despite the Company was considered as an indirect state enterprise, GR never used budget financing.
