Eurolink Managed Services PLC09 May 2005 EUROLINK MANAGED SERVICES PLC ("EMS" or "the Group") 9 May 2005 Change of name to RDF Group plc The directors of EMS believe that a number of the Group's customers are confusedthat the name of the ultimate holding company is Eurolink Managed Services PLCwhilst the principal operating company trades under the name RDF ConsultingLimited. The directors are therefore proposing that, to avoid any furtherconfusion, the name of Eurolink Managed Services PLC be changed to RDF Groupplc. The change of name will be effected by way of a Special Resolution to beproposed at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 10 June 2005.
