Tecteon PLC06 March 2008 TECTEON PLC ("Company") Change of name to Berkeley Mineral Resources plc At the Company's general meeting held on 29 February 2008, a resolution waspassed to change the name of the Company to Berkeley Mineral Resources plc. The change of name has now been effected and will change with effect from closeof business today. The TIDM of the Company will also change to 'BMR' with effectfrom the same date.
