Global Coal Management PLC12 December 2007 Global Coal Management plc ("the Company") Name change At the annual general meeting of Global Coal Management plc held yesterday, thespecial resolution for a name change to GCM Resources Plc was duly passed. The change in name is consistent with the Company's strategy and corporatebranding whilst enabling the continued use of 'GCM' as the London Stock Exchangecode.
