Change of name
The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name to Develop North PLC. The Directors believe that the new name reflects the Company's refreshed investment strategy, existing asset base exposures and regionally focused investment objective. The Company's investment policy remains unchanged.
The change of name took place on 4 May 2022. The London Stock Exchange stock ticker symbol will also change from PBLT to DVNO with effect from 8.00am on 6 May 2022. The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.
The name change was approved by the board of directors, in accordance with the Company's articles of association.
