Change of Name
East West Resources plc (the "Company"), confirms that the board of directors has resolved to change the name of the Company to Ambrian plc and that this change has become effective at Companies House.
Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of Ambrian plc (AIM: AMBR) will take effect from tomorrow, 20 August 2014, and the Company's website will be www.ambrian.com.
