Change of Name
Further to the Company's earlier announcement, Vislink confirms that it has changed its registered name to Pebble Beach Systems Group plc following the completion of the disposal of the hardware division and in accordance with the special resolution passed by Shareholders at the General Meeting held on 2 February 2017.
The Company's ticker at the London Stock Exchange for its Ordinary Shares will change to PEB with effect from 8.00 am on 4 February 2017. The website will be updated in due course.
