Change of Name

Watermark Global plc, the AIM quoted investment company, announces that following a board resolution and pursuant to its articles of association, the Company has changed its name to Armadale Capital Plc.

The Company’s TIDM code will be ACP, effective from 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2013.

The Company’s ISIN remains unchanged. Share certificates in the name of Watermark Global Plc are still valid but any new share certificates will be issued in the name of Armadale Capital Plc.

A new website is nearing finalisation and it is hoped to go live this week but until then the current website is still in use at www.watermarkglobalplc.com . An announcement will be made when the new website can be accessed.
