Change of name and completion of change in ownership at the Manager

The Company announces that it has by Board resolution changed its name from Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc to Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc.

This follows the change in ownership at the Manager, Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP ("MPEP") announced on 20 January 2012, which completed on 30 June 2012.

Under this agreement, The executive partners of MPEP have acquired control of the Manager from Matrix Group Limited and renamed the management company Mobeus Equity Partners LLP.

The new address of the Company and the Manager is 30 Haymarket, London W1Y 4EX with immediate effect.
