Change of Name to CEB Resources plc

Clean Energy Brazil plc (AIM: CEB) is pleased to announce that following shareholder approval of the proposals set out within the circular to shareholders dated 30 October 2013, re-registration of the Company under the 2006 Isle of Man Companies Act has now taken place and the Company's name has changed to CEB Resources plc (AIM: CEB).

Dealings under the new name will commence at 8 am Monday 2 December 2013. The Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) remains unchanged "CEB".

The Company also confirms that its website will change from www.cleanenergybrazil.com to www.cebresources.com on 10 December 2013, being the business day immediately following completion of the Proposals.
