Sirdar PLC16 November 2007 Sirdar PLC ("Sirdar" or "the Company") 16 November 2007Change of name to AIREA plc Sirdar, the UK based floor coverings business, announces that a circularconvening an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to be held at 2.00 pm on 11December 2007, has been posted to shareholders today. At the EGM a specialresolution will be proposed to change the name of the Company to AIREA plc. The directors of the Company believe that the change of name to AIREA plcreflects the core business of the Company, floor coverings, has a relationshipwith space and is fresh, modern and timeless. If the special resolution is passed, the change of name will be effective from12 December 2007.
