Change of Name

Cupid plc (the "Company") announces that, further to shareholder approval given on 23 December 2014 to change the name to Castle Street Investments plc that this has now become effective at Companies House.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of Castle Street Investments plc (AIM: CSI) will take effect from tomorrow, 15 January 2015. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will not change.

A further announcement regarding the change in the Company's website address to reflect the new name will be made in due course.
