Further to the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company being approved, the Company has changed its name to Baron Oil Plc.
As of the commencement of trading on Monday 01 July 2013, being today, shares in the Company will be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under the Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic of BOIL.L. The Company's ISIN number, being GB00B01QGH57, is unchanged.
The Company's website will remain as www.goldoilplc.com under further notification.
