Further to the announcement on 30 July 2010 confirming that both resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting on that day were duly passed, including the resolution to change the Company's name from Trikona Trinity Capital PLC to Trinity Capital PLC, the Company announces that the change of name will become effective for London Stock Exchange purposes at 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 5 August 2010.
