CML Microsystems Plc ("the Company"), which designs, manufactures and markets a broad range of semiconductors, primarily for global communication and data storage markets, announces that following a resolution approved by Shareholders at its recent Annual General Meeting the Company's listing status has been amended from "Premium Listing" to "Standard Listing".
