Change of Group Structure

Sinosoft Technology Plc, the China-based developer and provider of software and IT solutions to Chinese regional and national government agencies and export enterprises, announces that, as of 22 December 2009, two of the Company's trading subsidiaries, Nanjing Skytech Software Co., Ltd and Nanjing Skytech Co., Ltd., which are both wholly owned by Infotech Holdings Pte Ltd, which is in turn wholly owned by the Company, will be combined resulting in one trading subsidiary, Nanjing Skytech Co., Ltd. The Company's recently acquired subsidiary, Jiangsu SkyInformation Co., Ltd., will continue to be the trading subsidiary of Nanjing Skytech Co., Ltd.
