CHANGE OF DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLITIES

Diploma PLC, the value-add solutions group, today announces changes to the composition of the Remuneration Committee.

Jennifer Ward will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee but, due to her other commitments, will step down as Chair from 6th July 2026. Katie Bickerstaffe, Senior Independent Director, will become interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee from this date and Ian El-Mokadem will join the Remuneration Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R.
