CHANGE OF CO-TRUSTEE

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that on 24 March 2014 it received notification of a change in the co-Trustee for the 4,435,064 ordinary shares held by Peter A. S. Pearman and Codan Trust Company Limited in which William Salomon has a beneficial interest.

On 24 March 2014, Peter A. S. Pearman was replaced as Co-trustee in respect of the above shareholding by Helen Cooper. Codan Trust Company Limited will continue as co-Trustee with Helen Cooper.

Accordingly Helen Cooper and Codan Trust Company Limited now together hold 4,435,064 ordinary shares, representing 12.5% of the ordinary shares, and Peter A. S. Pearman and Codan Trust Company Limited having prior to the change held 8,364,113 ordinary shares representing 23.6% of the ordinary shares now together hold 3,929,049 ordinary shares representing 11.1% of the ordinary shares. William Salomon has no interest in the ordinary shares held jointly by and Peter A. S. Pearman and Codan Trust Company Limited.
