Change of Auditor

Arian Silver Corporation (the “Company”) announces the resignation of its auditor BDO LLP ("BDO") and the appointment of RSM UK Audit LLP.

In its letter of resignation as auditor of the Company, BDO confirmed that there were no circumstances connected with its resignation which they considered should be bought to the notice of the members or the creditors of the Company.

The Board wishes to thank BDO for its years of service to Arian Silver.
