Provexis plc ("Provexis" or the "Company"), a business that develops, licenses and markets scientifically-proven functional food and sports nutrition technologies, is pleased to announce that following a competitive tender process it has appointed Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP as the auditor to the Company, commencing with the 31 March 2013 financial year.

 

The appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting.

 

BDO LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors. The Board is appreciative of the service provided by BDO LLP to the Company over many years.
