The Board of REACT Energy plc announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed with immediate effect Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditor, as statutory auditors of the Group.

The Board is appreciative of the services provided by the previous statutory auditors Deloitte.
