London, 2 July 2019 - Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM, "Telit" and "Group") confirms that finnCap Limited is the nominated adviser and sole broker to the Company. Berenberg ceased by mutual agreement to act as joint broker with effect from 31 May 2019.
