Broker Changes
The Company announces that Fox-Davies Capital is no longer acting as a Co-Broker for the company. This decision was undertaken as a part of the overall company's cost reduction strategy. RBC Capital Markets will continue its role as a broker and as the company's Nominated Adviser. The Board and Executive Management thank Fox-Davies Capital for its valuable contribution to Amur since its inception more than five years ago.
