Change of Accounting Reference Date
The Directors of TP10 VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has changed its Accounting Reference Date from 31 August to 28 February in each year. Thus its first Accounting Reference Period has been shortened and its first audited Financial Statements will be prepared covering the period from incorporation, 7 August 2009, to 28 February 2010.
