According to the resolution of the Founder No. 24/2024. (X. 11.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., as of 11 October 2024 Mr. Ervin Gönczy has been elected as an employee representative to act for a 5-year term as member of the Supervisory Board.
