This is in compliance of the Listing Agreement.

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, vide letter bearing No. 31023/1/2007-CA dated 23rd January, 2009 has appointed Shri Apurva Chandra, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), as Part-time Director (Government Nominee) of the Company, in place of Shri D.N. Narasimha Raju, Joint Secretary (MoPNG).
