Beverly John Berryman, Hugh David Turner and Carole Fahy as the trustees of the H. A. Cann Settlement Accumulation and Maintenance Fund (the "Trustees") have today purchased 26,896,932 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Moss Bros Group PLC (the "Company") for a price of 28.85 pence per share. As a result of this the Trustees now hold 28,349,772 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 29.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Trustees confirm that they have no intention to make an offer for the Company.
