Moss Bros Group PLC10 January 2008 On Wednesday 9 January 2008, Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company) receivednotification from Bagleys Investments Limited pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of theTransparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules)Instrument 2006 ("the Rules") that Bagleys Investments Limited held an interestin 4,194,744 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company whichrepresents 4.44% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Further on Wednesday 9 January 2008, the Company received notification fromLaura Ashley Holdings Plc pursuant to the Rules that Laura Ashley Holdings Plcheld in interest in 4,194,744 Shares of the Company which represents 4.44% ofthe issued ordinary share capital of the Company and that these shares had beenacquired by Bagleys Investments Limited.
