Further to the announcement on 26 February 2007 of the completion of a US$15 million placing by Copper Resources Corp ("CRC"), CRC was advised on 12 March 2007 that L-R Global Partners LP and L-R Global Fund Limited purchased a combined total of 666,666 new common shares at the placing price of 77p (US$1.50).

This purchase took their combined total interest to 6,666,666 common shares representing 9.44% of the issued share capital of CRC.

These holdings are split as to 3,548,666 common shares held by L-R Global Partners LP and 3,118,000 common shares held by L-R Global Fund Limited.
