Change in Shareholding
The Company has today been notified that on 6 September 2012 Ruudowen Limited acquired 50,000,000 of the ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), increasing its holding in the Company to 54,175,853 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.50% of QFI's issued share capital. The Company has been advised that these Ordinary Shares were acquired from Zenita Enterprises Limited.
