Moss Bros Group PLC17 January 2008 Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company) has received notification from Bagleys Investments Limited pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006 ("the Rules") that Bagleys Investments Limited hold an interest in 4,774,744 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company which represents 5.05% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Further, the Company received notification from Laura Ashley Holdings Plc pursuant to the Rules that Laura Ashley Holdings Plc hold in interest in 4,774,744 Shares of the Company which represents 5.05% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and that these shares had been acquired by Bagleys Investments Limited.
