Scotgold has received notification that Zio Holdings Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's shares and that Westland Group Holdings Pty Ltd now has an interest in the Company's shares of no par value ("Shares") of 17,500,000 shares representing 3.6% of Scotgold's current issued share capital.
