In accordance with paragraph LR 9.6.11R(3) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, Petrofac announces that, with effect from 1 January 2009, Maroun Semaan will become Group Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Ayman Asfari, Group Chief Executive, with responsibility for both the Engineering & Construction and Operations Services divisions.
