The Company announces that Deborah Grimason has resigned as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary effective today, 4 May 2018. Whist we complete the recruitment process for Deborah’s successor, Alan Williams, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 4 May 2018.
