Turkiye Is Bankasi28 March 2008 26.03.2008Changes in the Audit Committee As per the resolution of Board of Directors dated 26.03.2008, it is decided toappoint Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kirman also as Delegated Member of Turkiye Sise ve CamFabrikalari A.S., in addition to his position as the Chairman of Board in thesame company. It is also decided to elect Caner Cimenbicer as the Head of theAudit Committee of Isbank after the resignation of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kirman and toelect Prof. Dr. Savas Taskent as the member of the Audit Committee.
