CHANGE IN HOLDING - CEASING TO BE A Significant Shareholder

Metminco Limited (the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that today it received notice from Lanstead III LLC. (Lanstead III) that it has ceased to be a significant shareholder following the Entitlement Offer issue of shares and other share issues made by the Company since 8 February 2018, when it was notified that Lanstead III had become a significant shareholder. Lanstead III has 9,031,266 ordinary fully paid shares which represented 7.1% of the Company's issued share capital of 127,200,299 ordinary fully paid shares as at 8 February 2018. The Company's current issued capital is 843,814,388 ordinary fully paid shares and Lanstead III's holding now represents 1.1% and therefore Lanstead III is no longer considered to be a Significant Shareholder of the Company.
