The Commercial Bank (Q.S.C.) completes squeeze out process of its subsidiary in Turkey

 

6th October 2015, Doha, Qatar: The Commercial Bank ("Commercial Bank"), holding 74.25% shares of Alternatifbank A.Ş, Turkey (the "Bank") and Anadolu Endüstri Holding A.Ş., holding 17.21% shares of the Bank, together with Anadolu Motor Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş. holding 7.79% shares of the Bank, have completed a formal squeeze out process. As a result Commercial Bank has acquired a further 0.75% shares of the Bank from the Bourse Istanbul, which takes the holding of Commercial Bank to 75%. Post the completion of the squeeze out process the Bank shares have been delisted from the Bourse Istanbul.
