Capital Reduction and Distribution
Further to the announcement dated on 15 March 2016 the Company is pleased to confirm that the capital reduction has now become effective and therefore the nominal value of each share is reduced from EUR 0.04 to EUR 0.01. Consequently a capital distribution of EUR 4,848,301.92 (EUR 0.03 per share) will be paid on 11 April 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 March 2016.
