Cancellation on the Main Market, Admission to AIM and Subscription
Following the General Meeting of the Company held on 18 September 2015, COLG announces that it is anticipated that the last day of dealings in City of London Group plc's ordinary shares on the Main Market will be today, 16 October 2015. Cancellation of the admission of the ordinary shares to the Official List (premium segment) and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc is expected to take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 19 October 2015.
Admission to trading on AIM is expected to take place, and dealings in the issued and to be issued ordinary shares of the Company (including the 16,646,064 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the subscription detailed in COLG's circular to shareholders dated 26 August 2015) are expected to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 19 October 2015.
