Court approval of cancellation of share premium account

Following shareholder approval of a special resolution at a General Meeting held on Monday 21 July 2008, the Company announces that it has obtained the confirmation of the High Court of Justice to cancel its share premium account with effect from today, Monday 18 August 2008.
