Man Alternative Investments Ld13 February 2007 Man Alternative Investments Limited Further to the Company's announcement of 17th January 2007 that shareholdershave approved a proposal for the Company to enter into a members' voluntaryliquidation, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for thelisting of the Company's shares on the Official List to be cancelled, and to theLondon Stock Exchange and Channel Islands Stock Exchange for trading in theCompany's shares to be cancelled, in each case with effect from 7.30 a.m. onThursday 15th February 2007.
