Cancellation from Trading on AIM

The Company announces that further to recent announcements and particularly the announcement of 1 July 2010 regarding the suspension of shares to trading on AIM, the Company has been unable to send its annual accounts to shareholders and pursuant to AIM Rule 40 for Companies, as the Company has been suspended from trading for 6 months, admission of the shares will be cancelled with effect from 7a.m. 4 January 2011.
